Meet JC Shoemaker

JC Shoemaker is a highly skilled and experienced security professional with over 11 years of experience in the industry. He began his career in the United States Marine Corps, where he served for 5 years, including a deployment to Iraq. After leaving the Marines, JC attempted to use his MOS to work in technology, but quickly got bored. He then used his GI bill to learn the culinary trade, training in all things from savory to sweet and management of a restaurant business. However, he found no true passion in this field. After moving with his family, he finally found himself picking up security work, which he was quickly promoted to supervisory positions and further. Later, HCCI contacted him to help out and handle daily operations and training, which became his current position

JC is a certified defensive tactics instructor, NRA firearms instructor, Israeli shotgun instructor, active shooter response instructor, and terrorist survival instructor. He has studied martial arts for over 20 years, including krav maga, BJJ, muythai, and MCMAP. He has a deep understanding of the principles of martial arts and he is able to teach these principles to others.

JC's career goals are to establish a comprehensive training center that provides high-quality security training and education to individuals and organizations. He believes that everyone has the right to feel safe, and he is committed to providing his clients with the highest level of security possible. He is also committed to providing his team with the best possible training so that they can provide their clients with the best possible service.
