We can help train you in the basics to knife fighting and defense. In this course, you will learn things from how to hold a knife, attack with a knife, defend against a knife, and how to take a knife away from another attacker. There is much more to using a knife most people are aware of, but this will get you started with how to safely and properly use a knife if you find yourself faced with the situation. We also offer advanced instruction to help build on the foundations of this course.

We will teach you the basics of disarming an attacker who has a knife, baton/ stick, or gun. You will be taught different techniques with various weapons and then you will have to put those skills to the test against an attacker in different scenarios. After this course, you will have the know-how and confidence to determine the appropriate time to try and disarm a person and how to do it properly and safely. This course is only the beginning, and we offer more advanced classes on this subject.

We are certified in Krav Maga Defensive Tactics for Law Enforcement and Security Professionals. We will teach you and your team defensive tactics against many real-world situations. You will learn defense against different kinds of chokes, knife attacks, pistols, long guns, sticks/ batons, and many other real-life situations. In addition, you will learn options for how to handcuff a threat and how to properly disarm and takedown an active threat to secure them. These tactics are taught to law enforcement and security professionals from all around the country and we bring these tactics used by the FBI, Homeland Security, ICE, and other government agencies to you and your team.

This Active Shooter course will pertain to everyday life from your place of work to places we go on a day-to-day basis. In today’s world, we should know what to do and not do when an active threat breaks out. We will put your skills to the test and give you the resources needed to deal with the situation.

Subjects covered include:

Situational awareness, identifying alternate exits, identifying areas and items that can be used for concealment and cover, defendable positions, stopping the bleeding, evacuation of injured vs leaving injured behind, evacuation techniques, disarming techniques, communication with Law Enforcement.

The course will have many real-life Scenario Drills, that will help you put these new skills to use and solidify them. This course is put on by HCCI Protection in collaboration with Arkansas Tactical Options and is designed to better prepare you for the realistic worldly threats you could face in your place of worship. Continuing Education or Post Credits can be given to some individuals

Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) teaches EMS practitioners and other prehospital providers how to respond to and care for patients in a civilian tactical environment. It is designed to decrease preventable deaths in a tactical situation.

The course presents the three phases of tactical care:

• Direct Threat Care is rendered while under attack or in adverse conditions.
• Indirect Threat Care is rendered while the threat has been suppressed but may resurface at any point.
• Evacuation Care is rendered while the casualty is being evacuated from the incident site.

The 16-hour classroom course covers the following topics:

• Hemorrhage control
• Surgical airway control and needle decompression
• Strategies for treating wounded responders in threatening environments
• Caring for pediatric patients
• Techniques for dragging and carrying victims to safety
• Live action scenarios

This class is presented in partnership with the Department of Defense Stop the Bleed Campaign and The Committee for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care.

Tactical Operations Medical Support (T.O.M.S) is taught in conjunction with Kingdom Safety Consultants and is geared toward Medical Practitioners such as EMTs, paramedics, nurses, PAs, MDs, and dos. It is a 50-hour class that will allow the participant to integrate into a Tactical Team and/or operate in the warm zone of an active shooter situation.

• Room Clearing
• Night Evolutions
• Defensive Tactics
• Live Fire Scenarios
• Evening graduation, with special speakers.

This field-level certification program is designed to acquaint participants with the

operational use of the ASP Tactical Baton, Tactical Restraints, and/or Performance Flashlights.

The training includes basic portation (carrying) and presentation (drawing) techniques as well as

defensive application procedures. Certification acknowledges that the individual officer met a

competency-based standard of knowledge and performance.

Learn how to safely and effectively deploy a variety of PepperBall delivery systems and become familiar with the different projectile types. PepperBall platforms offer a unique non-lethal option for LEOs, security personnel, and civilians alike. Our certified instructors will take you step by step through this hands-on course, equipping you with the knowledge and skills you need to use any PepperBall system.
